Community tasks: privacy
This page covers the community tasks of the Vordex rewards program on the test network (testnet), run by Vordium.
What we read
- From X: your user id, handle, when the account was created, how many followers it has, and whether it follows the Vordium, Vordex and Vordium Labs accounts on X.
- From Discord: your user id and name, and whether you are a member of the Vordium server.
- From the test network's public records: whether your wallet has traded.
Why
Only to link the account to your wallet for the community tasks, and to check the tasks.
What we never do
- Access is read-only. We never post, like, repost, follow or send messages for you, and never read your messages.
- The sign-in token is used once to read your profile and is then revoked. It is never stored. Follows and server membership are read with our own app's access, from our own accounts and server.
- We do not sell or share the data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
What we keep
- On our own servers, only: your wallet address, the linked account's id and name, whether the wallet has traded, each task's status, the codes of the messages your wallet signed (so a signed message cannot be used twice), and when each of these changed.
- To spot many wallets run by one person: a scrambled code made from your network and browser (never your IP address), kept until the season's points list is made. A list of the wallets that shared a code is then kept for people to review.
- In your browser, two cookies for this service only: one while you sign in (10 minutes), and one on the browser that linked, so it can ask for a new check (a check code, nothing else; 120 days).
Deleting
- Unlink on the Rewards page at any time. The account's name is deleted at once. Its id stays with the wallet, so the account cannot move to another wallet that season, until you ask us to delete it.
- To have everything we hold for your wallet deleted, write to [email protected] with the wallet address.
